Identifying Chrome extensions that take threats to your PC

The Shield for Chrome is a browser extension that allows Google to identify if any other installed extension is transmitting malware and adware to the computer user. Using the Shield, any threat linked to the extensions installed on Chrome will be identified.
What is phishing and malware?
Recently, Google removed two extensions Chrome Web Store later discovered that they hide malicious codes, which were installed in the background on opercional system.
To help identify and delete these threats, follow this tutorial..

Step 2 Once the extension is installed, the user will be directed to a page where you will be presented all extensions used in Google Chrome.
If you want to open this page then click on the icon Shield or find it in the browser extensions options. In the "Potential adware / spyware / malware extensions found" will be displayed suspicions extensions;

Step 3 In the span marked by load adware, spyware or malware, click "Uninstall", as shown in the screenshot below;

Step 4 Confirm the deletion of the extension by clicking on "Remove".

Ready! Suspicion extension was safely removed from Google Chrome. Always perform this procedure, even when certified to install extensions in Chrome Web Store browser.
Remember, this procedure does not replace or have the same efficacy of a complete viruses on your computer.
