How to unsubscribe in automatic emails in Gmail with one click

Who does signatures newsletter by email, you know as well as some can become a problem after a while. Fortunately for Gmail users, the service has the "unsubscribe" feature (or "Unsubscribe"), which helps to unsubscribe from emails that became inconvenient, an easy and fast way. The feature has already existed for some time, but received some modifications, and no longer
only one option from the drop-down details email.

List has 10 tips for sending and receiving files via Internet giants.

Before, the functionality was only available at the end of the message sent by the sender in the form of shortcut to a link that allows unsubscribe. The strategy was to make the user read all the text and only at the end, viewed the cancellation option. Now, however, the button of "unsubscribe" are more visible, staying on top of the message next to the name of the sender. Much of users already have access to the button, worth checking Gmail.

Not to increase the chances of the user clicks the cancel option, the feature "Unsubscribe" only appears in emails that the sender includes a link to "unsubscribe", which is common in some messages of promotions, updates, social networking , forums or mailing lists.
To detect these cases, Gmail automatically places an "unsubscribe" or "Unsubscribe" at the top of the message, right next to the sender's address for the user to cancel without having to see all the e-mail option.
Note that the resource can not provide the "Unsubscribe" for all lists of emails and, for the sake of safety, Gmail does not display this option in email lists coming from known to be spammers option.
How to unsubscribe
To cancel a subscription, simply open the received message and click the "Unsubscribe".

Then a small window will appear prompting the user. To definitively confirm the cancellation, click the "Unsubscribe" button.

After confirming cancellation, Gmail will send a request to the sender that your e-mail address will be removed from the list. So if you want to return to receive emails from this sender will have to sign on his list again.

If not the option of canceling for a particular newsletter or email list, check for cancellation options in the message or try to know about removals, by contacting the list owner.

Anyway, the functionality of Gmail can eliminate much of unwanted messages, especially if combined with the feature of spam service. However, it is always good to be sure of what is being done in time to cancel, and then not having to make a new registration.
